PERSONAL SERVICES CONTRACT

• Ulum Group - Communications Consulting - Public Affairs, Corporate Services. This contract provides Public Affairs staff with services to supplement in-house resources for communications work. This is a one-year contact with the option to renew for up to five years. The total cost of the contract is estimated at $50,000 per year. • Touch America - Information Services - Corporate Services. This renewal provides 7x24 maintenance service for the headquarter Rolm telephone switch, Rolm redwood switch at Hayden Bridge Filtration Plant and for siemens 9200 switches at Carmen-Smith and Leaburg.
