  1. Minutes of the October 15, 2002 Regular Board Meeting. Minutes of the February 18, 2003 Work Session

    GRANTING OF EASEMENT

  2. Garden Way Road Widening property sale to the City of Eugene - Property Management - Facilities Services. Property Management Staff recommend the granting of Entry Permits and Deeds to the City of Eugene for three small strips of EWEB owned land adjacent to Garden Way, of Harlow Road. The granting of these rights will be consistent with similar rights granted for road widening projects. More detailed information is contained in your Board packet, along with the documents and Mark Oberle, Property Manager (341-1851) will be at the Board meeting should you have any questions or concerns.

  3. Contract with SSR Engineering for the design and construction management of a transmission line relocation project at EWEB's Smith Falls hydroelectric facility. Electric Engineering. This project is required because of Idaho Department of Transportation (IDOT) improvements to US-95 in Boundary County, Idaho. The design and construction costs are fully reimbursable by IDOT because EWEB owns right-of-way for the line. SSR Engineering is the original designer of the transmission line and has an office near the project site. The cost of this design work is not to exceed $39,500.   4. Telephone Services - Annual Renewal - Routine annual renewal of purchase requisitions to provide various voice and data telephone services from multiple providers. Leased circuits to water and electric facilities as well as dial tone service are included.

    Cost of services as follows:
    Global Crossing - $8,000
    MCI Worldcom - $33,350
    Qwest - $160,160
    Universal Communications Network - $16,800
    Total - $218,310
