OATH OF OFFICE FOR APPOINTED COMMISSIONER MELVIN M. MENEGAT, FOR WARDS 6 AND 7

President Lanning called the Special Board Meeting of the Eugene Water & Electric Board (EWEB) to order at 5:35 p.m.

Deputy City Recorder Mary Feldman administered the Oath of Office to Commissioner Mel Menegat, which read:

"I, Melvin M. Menegat, do solemnly swear that I will support the constitution of the United States, and of the State of Oregon, and that I will, to the best of my ability, faithfully perform the duties of Eugene Water & Electric Board Commissioner during my continuance therein, so help me God."

The Board of Commissioners and staff welcomed Mel.

The meeting adjourned at 5:45 p.m.
