President Lanning called the Executive Session of the Eugene Water & Electric Board (EWEB) to order at 5:35 p.m.

Pursuant to ORS 192.660(1)(d), EWEB met to conduct deliberations with persons designated by the governing body to carry on labor negotiations.

The meeting was adjourned at 6:30 p.m.
