EXECUTIVE SESSION

The Eugene Water & Electric Board of Commissioners held an Executive Session, pursuant to ORS 192.660(1)(b), to meet with legal council regarding the discipline of a public officer or employee, and also to conduct a meeting, pursuant to ORS 192.660(1)(d) for deliberations with staff designated by the governing body to carry on labor negotiations.

The meeting adjourned at 7:30 p.m.
