      BUSINESS SERVICE AGREEMENTS

      1. Safety/Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) and Chemical Management - Safety Department - Financial Services Division. Conversion of MSDS management system to Internet-based system. New system to provide improved management of MSDS, chemical inventory and tracking, material request and approval process. This tool will enable EWEB to meet or exceed standards for OR-OSHA Safety and Health Achievement Recognition Program and will provide chemical data and tracking capabilities that will expedite environmental reporting requirements. The conversion to the Internet-based system will cost $11,000 and will come out of this year's budget. The initial training charge of $2,000 is included in the safety budget for 2004. The remaining $72,600 reflect the $14,520 annual costs and will be spread over five years and are included in the Safety Department Budget.
