Others present: Randy Berggren, Dick Helgeson, Debra Smith, Mel Damewood, Mark Oberle, Richard Jeffryes, Judy Chase, Mark Freeman, Mat Northway and Krista Hince of the EWEB staff; and Joe Harwood representing the Register-Guard and Frank Nearing, KLCC-Radio.

Pursuant to ORS 192.660(2)(e) to conduct deliberations with persons designated by the governing body to negotiate real property transactions.

The meeting adjourned at 7:30 p.m.
