Reading your bill
Your Eugene Water & Electric Board statement provides useful information concerning
your utility services. In addition to the amount you owe, your bill offers detailed
current and historical usage information, a message box and opportunities for you
to provide feedback to your public utility.

These boxes provide a quick review of charges, payments, due dates and your account
number.

This section of your statement provides detailed information that will allow you
to evaluate your energy usage and costs. A bar chart provides historical information.

This section highlights other utility services, such as loans, rebates, Customer

EWEB acts as the billing agent for wastewater and stormwater services provided by
the City of Eugene. These are not EWEB charges. If you have questions concerning
wastewater and stormwater charges, please call the City of Eugene phone number provided
in this section of your billing statement.
The final section of the bill provides an opportunity to submit questions
or comments. You can
