The Eugene Water & Electric Board produces a number of publications and reports informing customers about operations, programs, activities, policies, procedures and issues related to energy and water use.

    The Report to Customers provides highlights of the year's accomplishments, snapshots of important initiatives and activities, and a review of the utility's financial health.

    Published periodically, Pipeline offers customers tips about energy and water conservation, information about special programs, and updates on issues affecting the utility.

  • Annual Consumer Confidence Report
    Each year, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency requires water suppliers to provide customers with a Consumer Confidence Report, which details information about the quality of their drinking water.
