Contractors are an essential part of the Eugene Water & Electric Board's Residential Energy Management Programs. For each program, EWEB identifies a list of participating contractors that provide energy efficiency and renewable energy equipment, components and services to homeowners and renters.

Participating contractors are invited to reference the following resources including program specifications, testing requirements and inspection checklists.

Ducted Heat Pumps

EWEB's ducted heat pump program offers either a rebate an EWEB 0% interest loan for installing a ducted heat pump in homes.

Ductless Heat Pumps

EWEB's ductless heat pump program offers either a rebate or an EWEB 0% interest loan for installing a ductless heat pump in homes.

Heat Pump Water Heaters

EWEB's heat pump water heater program offers a rebate for installing a qualified heat pump water heater in homes.

Weatherization

EWEB's weatherization program offers either a rebate or an EWEB 0% interest loan for upgrading the insulation and/or windows in electrically heated homes.
