After hours call out fee

Effective April 1, 2013, EWEB will implement a Water-Related After Hours Call Out Fee. The fee is $75 per call out and will be assessed to customers who request a connect/disconnect for plumbing-related repairs between the hours of 4 p.m. and 8 a.m. Read more about this fee in EWEB's Policies and Procedures Manual (see Section A).
