Commissioners will hold their monthly meeting on Tuesday via telephone to adhere to Oregon Gov. Kate Brown’s “Stay Home, Save Lives” executive order to mitigate the spread of the coronavirus. To comply with the governor’s order, there will be no in-person attendance at the virtual meeting.
Whether it’s an ice storm, pandemic or other emergency, one thing all disasters have in common is the opportunity to learn and improve, so that we are better prepared for the next major event.
We know customers are facing unusual financial hardship due to COVID-19. On March 14 EWEB temporarily suspended disconnections for nonpayment and late fees.
In an effort to slow the spread of the COVID-19 virus, our Customer Service lobby will be closed to the public starting Tuesday, March 17. The lobby will remain closed until further notice, extended from the previous date of April 30.
