Report After Hours Emergency


For an emergency outside of our normal business hours of Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., use the information provided below. If your are experiencing a life-threatening emergency please call 911.

Do not use Facebook or Twitter to report an emergency. We do not regularly monitor our social media accounts outside of business hours.

Electrical emergency

If you see a downed wire, need to have the power to your home or business immediately disconnected or are experiencing another emergency related to your electrical service call our toll-free outage reporting line at 1-844-484-2300. You must complete all prompts to record your outage. Stay on the line until you are connected with one of our dispatchers. There may be many seconds of silence while the line is connected.

Water emergency

If you experience a water outage or water emergency, please call 541-685-7595. Stay on the line until you are connected with one of our dispatchers.
