Request community involvement
EWEB representatives are available to participate in events and speak to your neighborhood group, service club or other community organization. Please fill out a request below if you are interested. Whenever possible, please submit your request 30 days in advance.

Start or stop service: You can schedule a preferred date to start or stop your service up to 90-days in advance. Learn more.
Apply for bill assistance: Applications for Customer Care open on the first business day of each month and funds are available on a first-come, first-served basis until fully committed for the month.
