The citizens of Eugene elect five commissioners to four-year terms. Four commissioners represent specific wards of the city; the fifth member is elected "at large" by all city voters.

Commissioner John Brown
John Brown was first elected in 2007 to the at-large position. He currently represents Wards 4 and 5.
John's BioCommissioner Sonya Carlson
Sonya Carlson joined the board in 2017. She was elected to represent Wards 6 and 7.
Sonya's BioCommissioner Mindy Schlossberg
Mindy Schlossberg joined the board in 2019. She was elected to represent all EWEB customers in the at-large position and is currently serving as vice-president of the board.

John Barofsky joined the board in 2021. He was elected to represent Wards 2 & 3 and is currently serving as president of the board.
