Tim Morris joined the board in 2025. He was elected to represent Wards 1 & 8. His current term expires 2028.
Tim Morris is the Executive Director of the Springfield Eugene Tenant Association, a nonprofit organization focused on assisting, educating, and empowering tenants in Lane County. As an EWEB Commissioner, Tim believes in sustainable power, reliable and drinkable water, and keeping affordability in mind with every single utility project.
Tim's recent career highlights include serving as the Outpatient Program Assistant for Willamette Family, helping to empower people struggling with addiction issues to build skills in stability, coping mechanisms, and other facets of recovery. He then transitioned into his current role as Executive Director of SETA, which has provided information and resources to thousands of local households in efforts to prevent homelessness.
Tim is passionately invested in our community, having formerly served on several budget committees, policy boards, and Oregon legislative workgroups. He is deeply committed to supporting low-income and vulnerable residents while simultaneously advancing environmental protections and resiliency.
