New Construction and Custom Projects

Including energy efficiency and carbon reduction goals into your business has a direct impact on your bottom line and can improve comfort and safety for your employees and customers.

We offer incentives for cost-effective custom projects for new construction and retrofits that fall outside of our standard rebate programs, and standard rebates for qualifying electrically heated new construction multi-family housing projects. In addition, we offer low-interest loans to help finance your energy project. Custom incentives are based on verified electric energy savings and are subject to a cost cap.

Check out the new construction guidelines.

How do I participate?

1. Contact our Commercial Customer Solutions Team by email or by calling 541-685-7088.

2. We will help identify potential areas of energy savings and carbon reduction goals, as well as provide recommendations for efficient upgrades or construction projects. If you already have some ideas, let us know what they are.
