The July board work session will be held in-person and offer a live stream of the event in real time. Customers and the general public are welcome and encouraged to attend in-person or view the live stream. Visit the Public Meetings page for the Live Event link. Please note that EWEB Commissioners and staff will be participating in an experiential learning exercise that is intended to simulate the Integrated Resource Planning (IRP) process. This exercise is designed to be experienced in person as it includes three 10-minute table discussions. Please note that due to technology limitations, the live stream audio may be difficult to follow while multiple conversations are occurring in the room. During these short segments of the meeting, we encourage remote viewers to explore the resources listed here and consider how they might evaluate and construct a resource portfolio of their own.
Public Input - Please note there is not an opportunity for public comment during work sessions.
Watch the Meeting - To watch the meeting, click on the meeting link above. You may receive one or two pop-up windows after clicking the link. If prompted:
The first pop-up will ask if you would like to "Open Microsoft Teams". Click "Cancel".
The second asks you to select either "Download the Windows app" or "Watch on the web instead." Select "Watch on the web instead."
The next screen welcomes you to the live event and asks you to "Sign in" or "Join anonymously". Select "Join anonymously".
If the meeting has started, you will join the live event automatically. If it has not yet begun, you will get a message indicating the live event has not yet started. You will automatically join the meeting once it begins.
