Bring your kids to EWEB to see our work trucks magically transformed into electrifyingly fun trick-or-treating stops.

Weather and Cancellation
This event will be held rain or shine! Feel free to bring an umbrella to weather any showers.
The only circumstance that would trigger cancellation is severe Air Quality due to late season wildfire smoke. We will consider cancellation if the Air Quality Index (AQI) reaches a point of being “Unhealthy,” which is 151 or higher. If we are forced to cancel the event due to poor air quality, we will post a notice here and on our Facebook page. Please check one of these pages before heading to the event.
Vote on your favorite Public Power Week Posters
We received nearly 200 posters from 5th graders across our service territory for our annual Public Power Week Poster Contest!!
The top 20 posters will be on display for public voting at Truck or Treat. Posters with the most combined votes from the event and from an online voting form will be presented with awards. Come help recognize some of our community’s youngest artists!
EWEB Truck-or-Treat Mascots
We are proud to introduce our four spider mascots for 2024: Zap, Rio, Watt, and Droplet.
Stickers of our mascots will be available at the truck-or-treat event, along with candy, light refreshments, and information on winter preparedness. Come by to choose your favorite mascot sticker!
