MyAccount, your online customer portal
MyAccount, EWEB's online customer portal recently got an update! You'll see a fresh, new design, user-friendly layout and enhanced security through multi-factor authentication (MFA). MyAccount is an easy way to manage your EWEB account anywhere, from any device, with features and tools for managing your utility account online, including:
- Update your profile information
- Manage payments
- Sign up for alerts and notifications by email
- Compare monthly charges and usage, by service
- View billing and payment history
- Manage multiple accounts like home and small business
Our upgraded portal will also enable EWEB to introduce new customer programs and services in the future.

Never miss a payment again. Enroll in autopay today. You'll need to register your account on our online portal prior to enrolling in autopay.
If you are already enrolled in Autopay your enrollment has not been impacted by the recent portal upgrade, however, we do encourage you to review your settings to ensure accuracy. You can learn more about the recent update here.

Once registered with the portal, you may log in to enroll, modify or cancel your paperless billing enrollment. You do not have to participate in paperless billing to have an online portal account.
